Cookies Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. What we use cookies for
Missyar uses cookies only to keep you signed in — a secure session cookie set when you log in, which our authentication provider (Supabase) uses to recognize you on later visits and keep your session refreshed. Without it, you would need to log in again on every single page.
2. What we don't use cookies for
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers. We don't track you across other websites.
3. Local/session storage
Separately from cookies, your browser's own session storage is used for one small, temporary purpose: if you arrive via someone's referral link, the referral code is held in session storage just long enough to apply it when you finish registering, then it's cleared. This never leaves your browser except as part of your own account creation request.
4. Controlling cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies from their settings. Since the session cookie is essential to how Missyar works, blocking it will prevent you from staying logged in.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy if what we use cookies for changes; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
