Terms of Service

Missyar is an introduction platform that connects clients with female profiles seeking Misyar, temporary marriage, marriage, or other genuine connections. Profiles are either self-registered by the individual ("independent models") or managed on their behalf by a registered agency. Every profile and every deposit is reviewed by our team before it goes live or is credited.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm the date of birth and other details you provide are accurate. We may ask for further verification (a photo and a short selfie video) at any time, and may suspend an account that appears to belong to someone underage, fake, or otherwise misrepresented.

Three account types exist: clients browse and unlock profiles; models create and manage their own profile; agencies manage a roster of profiles on behalf of the models they represent. Each role has its own responsibilities and its own dashboard — see the relevant section of the app for details specific to your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately (via a support ticket) if you suspect unauthorized access.

Every model profile is reviewed by our admin team before it appears to clients, and can be rejected or suspended at any time if it violates these Terms. Clients are asked to submit a verification photo and a short selfie video before they can unlock or message anyone — this confirms a real person is behind the account. Browsing profiles is always free and instant; submitting verification is only required before spending credits.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account — including retroactively, after it has been active — if we believe it is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

Photos, contact details, and live chat for a profile are each unlocked separately using credits. Credits are purchased by depositing funds (bank transfer or USDT/crypto) and submitting proof of payment; every deposit is manually reviewed and approved by our team before credits are added to your wallet — this can take some time, and we do not guarantee a specific approval window beyond what's stated on the deposit page.

Unlock prices and the credit-to-currency conversion rate are set by us and may change from time to time. See our Refunds Policy for when a deposit or an unlock is eligible for a refund.

Missyar is an introduction platform only. Unlocking a profile's photos, contact details, or chat does not guarantee a conversation, a meeting, a marriage, or any other outcome — and a meeting between you and anyone you connect with is never guaranteed or arranged by us. We review profiles and deposits to reduce fraud, but we cannot vouch for the intentions, honesty, or conduct of any user, and we are not a party to and take no responsibility for what happens between users off-platform.

A model's replies inside the platform's chat may sometimes be sent by her agency or by our own support staff on her behalf, particularly while she is unavailable. The client-facing chat always displays these as coming from the model herself — this is a normal part of how a represented profile is operated, not a fabricated persona, and exists purely to keep replies timely.

Agencies and independent models may share a personal referral link. If someone registers through it and later spends credits as a client, the referrer earns a commission at the rate shown in their Referrals page, which we may change going forward. We may withhold or reverse referral commission earned through fraudulent, self-referred, or abusive activity.

You agree not to:

• Create a fake, impersonated, or underage profile.
• Upload someone else's photos or verification media without their consent.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud another user.
• Use the platform to solicit anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to circumvent the unlock/credit system or reverse-engineer the service.

Breaching any of this can result in suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice, and without refund of any credits used to violate these Terms.

If a profile seems fake, a contact number doesn't work, or you have any other issue — including a deposit or refund question — open a support ticket from the Support section of your account. You can have one open ticket at a time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Missyar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including from interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased in the preceding three months.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use Missyar after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
