Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Depending on your account type, we collect:
- Account details — name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, country.
- Profile content — bio, city, intent, photos, and (for independent models) a verification selfie video.
- Client verification — a selfie photo and a short video, used only to confirm you're a real person.
- Payment activity — deposit amounts, method, transaction/reference details, and the proof-of-payment image you upload.
- Messages you send through the platform's chat and support tickets.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate your account, review and approve profiles and deposits, detect fraud or fake profiles, process referral commission, respond to support tickets, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
3. Who can see what
A profile's photos are shown blurred, with the face additionally obscured, to every client until that client spends credits to unlock the original. Contact details are never included in any profile response until specifically unlocked. Your verification photo/video (whether you're a client or an independent model) is visible only to our admin team for review — it is never shown to any other user, and never appears in any client- or model-facing part of the app.
4. Where it's stored
Account data, messages, and transaction records are stored in our database. Photos, verification media, and payment proofs are stored in access-controlled storage — originals and verification media are kept private and only ever served through short-lived, signed links generated at the moment they're legitimately needed (an admin review, or a client who has actually unlocked that content).
5. Third parties we rely on
We use Supabase for authentication and for storing files, and standard email/SMS infrastructure to deliver account notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments — we do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.

7. Data retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, mainly to satisfy fraud-prevention and financial record-keeping needs. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by opening a support ticket — we'll action it unless we're required to keep specific records (e.g. financial transactions) for longer.
8. Your rights
You can review and update most of your own details from your account's Settings page at any time. For anything else — access, correction, or deletion requests — open a support ticket and we'll respond as soon as we can.
9. Children
Missyar is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we suspend any account we believe belongs to a minor.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
